MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MAILCHIMP, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, HTML.

We need a visually pleasing email for a clothing company. It needs to be modern yet easy to read on all platforms. There is a dropbox link below that includes the following:

1.) sample of newsletter with the content we want in it, but the style is wide open and up to you. Any text in red is our notes
2.) random newsletters from the internet that we liked
3.) folder of pics, clipart, etc
4.) folder that includes our postcard where you can get top two images, and design ideas
5.) folder with logo in it

REQUIREMENTS:

1.) We do NOT want a simple boxed email template like the sample we have created - that is just a starting point that shows what content we need.
2.) We need something visually appealing that stands out. Please use your creativity on all sections. You can use some concepts from two PSD files (folder is called SAMPLE POSTCARD) which were a postcard we had created in the past. You can borrow design elements such as colored threads, stitching, measuring tape, spools of fabric etc, and place them in various places. 3.) feel free to add colors, styles, photos as you see fit.
4.) The final delivered product will have to be coded into mailchimp
5.) all images and text MUST be editable by us at a later time. You will have to show us how to do so.

      You did not include majority of the components that I had said we required. E.g., the two images below the logo, pricing info, house calls info, gift certificates info, phone number in the body, etc
