We are holding a festival which will be every year and will grow, and we need a logo!

To give you an idea of what the festival will look like it includes nourishing soul food, awesome soul music and yoga to make your soul shine! Also including other fitness classes, DJs and bands, talks on health and wellness, foraging and den building for the kids and much more! The festival will take place in a beautiful woodland location called Reuthes. I would like the logo to say 'Soulshine Festival' and I can picture it in yellow or orange or white lettering with a sun beam shining onto it. Perhaps on a darker background or a busy festival background but with the option to lift the words off the background if needed. Or perhaps with a lotus flower underneath the words beaming light upwards. That said; I am still open to ideas.
Please bid on this project if you are willing to make revisions, tweaks and provide the logo in the following formats:

Hi-RES. *.png*.jpg, *.ai, with transparent background. Please also provide Compressed version for use on the internet.

Please also provide the correct size logo for the following social media platforms:
Facebook Cover photo - sRGB JPG file thats 820 px wide by 312 pixels tall, less than 100KB
Facebook - Profile Image 170x170x
Twitter Header - Profile Header 1500px by 500px
Google Plus Image - 250 x 250
Instagram profile photo - 110 x 110 pixels
HEX of all colours used to be provided in a PDF with an example of the colour used.
