I need once again a logo for a good friend of mine.

Here is the message from my friend:

Hello
Me and my colleague are in the process of starting a company and this is about an event service.
We rent sets, tables, refrigerators, bars and more.
We also cooperate with a catering company which prepares food and mediate between other parties.
But one thing is missing and that is a logo.
Under the Logo it should be Veranstaltungsservice.
In terms of color, it should look modern in the right anthracite and as a prominent color to red or yellow.
