Overview -
Opening at the end of March 2019 on the East Coast of Canada, Sprout Therapy will be an authentic cold pressed Juice Bar serving up all things good for you. Since this concept is relatively new to this area, we will be one of the pioneers in the cold pressed Juice Bar space.

Sprout Therapy - juicing is medicine for your body and soul. We would like to give the feeling of calm, relax, mediative while being fun.

Objectives: strategy is heavy on a strong marketing campaign, Branding is our #1 objective.
Ongoing brand awareness to a local community

Target Market: Young Millenials and future customers. We want to become a brand that starts at childhood.

About the Juice Bar - It is in an up and coming neighbourhood in Halifax NS. The area is hipster, artists, and young executives. There are many new condo developments coming up soon, so this area is going to grow in foot traffic.
There is also 3 Universities in the city. Our goal is to grow into multiple locations throughout the city

Inside the Juice Bar - it will live next to a new bustling Brunch spot. The set up is all retail, guests will purchase their cold-pressed juices in a glass container (which is returnable). They will not have to wait for their order. We will be working with local farms for seasonal products. The decor is white with a live moss wall. The counter will be Beechwood. We would like to put little fruit or veggie characters on the wall being active... a dancing carrot, meditating apple... etc...

Heavy focus on healthy living, waste-free lifestyle. The juices are also going to be available at selected Yoga & wellness studios, specialty coffee shops... we are working on a school program where juices will be dropped off on a certain day of the week.... catering... and massive order online ahead focus.

Our Motto - there are no bad choices here, give your body some nourishment

Our vision for the logo - we like the idea of little characters, little sprouts working out and being healthy...a beet with a sweat band working out..celery in a physiatrist chair or carrots doing push-ups.
