Inside a small apartment at the seaside to transform, develop.
The apartment of 29 m2 has a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette.

The surface is small, it must be optimized for optimal comfort with many storage spaces.

The kitchenette today is in the main room, so the water supply and evacuation for this part are here, see map. Only an architect could say it but I think it will be difficult to move the kitchenette elsewhere

1 - Will you be using this apartment for rent (like Airbnb) or it will be for you?
2 - If it's the latter, how many people will be living on it?
3 - Can you give some information about the people who will be living in? (for e.g.: if someone got allergies to dust, the hobbies you might have, etc.)
I ask these questions as a little briefing to deliver you the best design possible.

Hi, I have a couple questions. Is it your closet/wardrobe that is behind the bedroom door? What is supposed to be next to the elevator entrance door that is up against the wall? is that part of the kitchen appliances? The terrace looks like it is only the rectangle that is highlighted in yellow-what is the other part that extends toward your bedroom and bathroom because it looks like a door going outside from your bedroom? thank you
