I have an existing logo icon, which looks 2-dimensional and pixelated. I wish to turn it into a more, spohisticated, 3D and HD version. The attached file shows the existing logo icon.

The designer is required to improvise or reproduce another artwork of a "graduate star-man with a graduation hat" comprising three colors - blue, green and orange

The second attached file shows what it will look like. The new logo icon should fit into a 90 x 90 pixels square. The developer is also required to choose a color and font for the logo name "TOPTUTORS" and a matching color and font for the logo motto "we strive to be the best, .... "
