FREELANCER SUCKS.
I did not want to post a contest. I feel they are unfair to designers. I simply wanted to have designers contact me with a link to their design portfolio and then I can discuss my long term needs. We are a digital agency looking to find someone we can outsource some banner ads to.

I am looking to hire a quality Display Ad designer for banner ads to be used in the Google network.

The first set is for a specific client in the insurance industry. I have some concepts but need help with the execution of the idea. I would like standard (non-animated) banners on the first go but I am hoping to hire someone I can use for future projects and animated ads will come into play from time to time.

I am not looking for a one-size-fits-all freelancer who does Wordpress Development, SEO, etc. I want someone who specializes in design (specifically banner ads). To prove you read this post in it's entirety and confirm you fit the job requirements, please put "Qualified Ad Designer" in the subject line. If you do not, the probability of me even opening your submission is very low.

Sir you should rather contact the customer service of the site so you can cancel the contest and make a project instead of it so you will be able to do what you desire !

Freelancer doesn't suck. The fact that you don't know how to use it is another problem. If you post a proyect instead of a contest you would get what you wanted. Good luck!

  I have posted many project. The fact that it automatically selected contest as a default. The reason I don't like contests is because I feel it is unfair to designers. Why should people do work and then not get paid?
