  2) There is no Three.js designer rather Three.js developer or programmer. I would request you consider doing some research on the requirement what you are looking for. It is not at all feasible for only Three.js developer at this budget. I am not discouraging you or any of the contestant here, but I doubt anyone among them can fulfill your requirement. I would not even be surprised to know that none of them actually understand the requirement correctly. Anyways, if you need genuine help in Three.js development you can contact me. Best of luck.

  Sir, I am a Three.js developer with 10 years of experience. I assume you are misunderstanding Three.js. In order to get what you are looking for you need to have 3D modeller to make the models ready. Then Three.js developer will add code to load the model and add the interactivity to the model. So that you can change parameters of the model on the fly.

  Thank you all for initial thoughts and submissions. I put stars on who is on the right track the most. I also extended contest for 3 days. I'm initially focusing on a maternity use case for 9 visuals across 9 months of pregnancy, where its a womans anatomy with baby and can overlay highlights of vitals, blood pressure, weight, baby measurements of size, ultrasound info perhaps, etc.
  
  As a secondary use case would be interested to see skeleton level vs anatomy to show orthopedica items and broken bones.
  
  My suggestion for three.js is b/c we want to dynamically render these items based off doctors notes, and over time it will be more sophisticated in future projects, so its not static images. Looking for realistic, medical grade style, but also with a friendly accessible tone is ok.
