needs to be both sides, with contact details on the back. - Number/barcode starting at 1000

dimensions are to be
1/ The design file type in order of preference: Illustrator, PDF, eps or psd (in order or preference)
2/ Resolution of 300 dpi or higher
3/ Dimension of 85 mm x 54 mm (add 2.5 mm bleed)
4/ Supply artwork as an outline or send the PC compatible fonts separately
