UPDATED: Graphic design: Change this traditional card into a modern digital casino style card. If you win the competition you will do 40 cards in total in that style. The card must look similar to "the fool" card but make it with neon. I have attached a sample of the neon to indicate the style (sample Slot). The size should be like a real playing card and made for online only. Please deliver 3 resolutions. High, medium and low.

IMPORTANT: If it does not look at least a bit like the fool card it will be rejected...thanks

I like the winning design. But this contest left me confused. The CH clearly stated in the description on how it should look like and send a sample. But choses exactly the opposite.

I wonder why the contest holder doesn't give feed back to the ones who followed the instructions like myself. Adding an efect on photoshop willnot work on this project. It should be clean vectors.
