Hi

**I DONT WANT 3D FLOOR PLAN. Linjes is OK thats why the CHEAP PRICE:

I need help with find the best floor plan of second floor of my house.

I have some requirements

*DO NOT remove open up from down. I have 1 floor living room open to second floor.

*DO NOT change place of bathroom,stair. You can choose if you want to go up or down in the different direction on same place but not position of stair.

*Must be 3 bedrooms. 1 Master 2 regular.
*Regular bedrooms not under 12 sqm
*If possible 1 mini room for storage about 4 sqm something like that.
* Master bedroom with place for Walk in closet. In front of the BED must be minimum 1 m. The side of the bed 1m.
*Must have a small livingroom for kids to hang in.
*You are free to change inside the bathroom for the best placement of shower etc.
