Hello everyone,

I need a tool or a code to find and replace a list of values for other values in all workbooks in a folder.
I know VBA, but feel free to use any coding language that you would prefer.

*UPDATE Given the amazing entries gotten so far I am adding an additional feature which is not mandatory but will add extra points to win this contest:

Find a row in each workbook which meets certain criteria and replace the cell of that row for the value wanted.

I am including two examples in the files attached:

1. Search criteria in yellow, replace orange cell for the word ORANGE
2. Search criteria in green, replace blue cell for the word BLUE.

*The numbers of search criterias must be between 1 and 5 (in this example only 2 criterias are used per example) and ifthe value to be replaced appears repeated in more than one column of the row that meets the search criterias, then it should be able to replace only the one from the target column
