UNIQLO is preparing to enter Cambodian market through its flagship store in Phnom Penh and we are looking for a freelance designer/renderer to develop the store design/layout using previously designed Uniqlo stores pictures as guide and translate the proposed Uniqlo Store In Phnom Penh into 3D illustration. The illustration can range from conceptual to photo-realistic quality.

Attached is the floor plans of the proposed location comprising of two floors measuring total of 630 SQM. Designer is required to Create a high quality retail interior and exterior architectural 3D model using the attached 3D store design as example. The scope of work includes store floor plan layouts, fixture design, exterior signage and lighting design. We will need at least 10 VIEWS.

UNIQLO has enjoyed strong growth by offering high-quality casual wear at reasonable prices based on its SPA (Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) business model, which spans product design, manufacture, distribution and retail.
