I need the document I uploaded to be redone in a really nice professional one page corporate summary layout. JUST THE FIRST PAGE IS ALL WE NEED. It can be done in any program as long as its saved in WORD so i can edit it and then save the edits. Feel free to use shading or a little graphics in the layout if it makes it look more professional and unique. Main thing is it needs to look corporate and professional. IMPORTANT: I will be choosing the winner in a few hours, or at latest in the morning in 10-12 hours California time, its TIME SENSITIVE.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I only need the first page done, the rest are random notes.
Also, I uploaded to sample of layouts that we like, obviously they are very different but we like both, especially the second one as we can use those fields to put sample revenue potential to the business if they come on board with us but it would still need to look more appealing and not such a wordy layout. The first one is very visually appealing, we like it a lot as well. Anything with a vertical line down the left side that matches the colors of the logo and laid out nice would look really nice as well.

Additional note:: The wording should be close to what it is now in length or exact as it needs to be short and sweet or the business owner wont read it.
