Have book already completed in MS Word a book with 250 pictures, tables, Table of Contents, hyperlinked bookmarks as Chapter Table of Contents, hyperlinked bookmarks for moving around quickly within the book, and full index in the back of the book. The book is 500 pages with a 10-page double column index. Will be produced in ePub, Mobi, PDF. One of the reasons this book will only be in electronic formats is because minor updates will be required, maybe as often as monthly. Will not require a lot of formatting, I have already done that. Maybe just some fine tuning to make it more professional. The main reason I am going out for this work is to get the indexing in ePub.
