Refreshing of a "tired" lobby in a small New York apartment building. External and internal glass doors to be replaced. The elevator car interior is being refurbished with a timber veneer. The lobby floor is a grey/green terrazzo which will be cleaned back but remain as the flooring material as very functional for the lobby.
Looking for an interior design that proposes:
(1) Replacement glazing (manual doors only)
(2) wall treatments to lobby (paint/tile/stone/veneer/mirror/other?)
(3) paint colors for ceiling, frames of replacement glazing, wall areas not treated
(4) Replacement of light fittings (design direction)
(5) Elevator lobby door and surround treatment

Design to be presented with some graphics to give an indication of what the lobby will look like with the suggested treatments applied. Also once treatments reviewed and agreed, a spec sheet of materials/colors etc to be provided.

The hall at left side of elevators will be painted only. It is only the lobby walls through to the elevator to have a higher than painting treatment. Lobby walls can be a mixture of painting & other treatments (tile/veneer/stone/mirror etc). Looking for a reasonable cost effective refurbishment that freshens the place up so please take this into account when suggesting materials. Thanks

are you going to replace the hole aluminum and glass framing or just the glass doors, keeping the actual frames? the hall at the left side of the elevator is going to be treating too? which walls will not be treating?
