This is a continuation contest to the previous 2 contests... as we mentioned before, we will take concepts that make commercial sense. We have already rewarded 2 concepts, and we have no limit to the number of awarded concepts, as long as they are unique and can get us into a new/existing business market, including military and defence, as we are getting approvals that... Not only for cargo, for any market. Contenders may suggest new markets and applications of their proposed concepts and we will be very happy to listen... We are looking forward to seeing your innovations.


Anything that will be needed to move the drone from A to B, you need to provide with your model entry... We will take care of the autonomous flying systems and will take care of connecting it to any controllers etc... that you provide. Right now, we need the design and total expected cost of the whole drone to produce/assemble, and what it should produce (even in paper), then if your entry is accepted, you will receive the prize, and then we will probably hire you by the hour to assemble it and test it. Let us know if you have any more questions.

We appreciate every design regardless of how different or similar it is to what is in the market... We need a solution... which is to transfer cargo from A to B via the air... The design that wins is the design that makes the most practical and financial sense, whether it is an existing idea or a completely new idea.


Please note that this is an on ongoing project and can take any number of concept that makes commercial sense... so there will not be a 1 winner, if you have 2 concepts, we will be happy to explore both concepts and if both prove to be commercially viable for us, we will award the contender 2 prizes 800x2=1600usd and so on... we have no limit to the number of concepts we take.

    I'm disappointed you took down the contest twice prematurely. I was really interested in the project but the waiving deadlines and closing of contests are really disheartening to people who put serious time into projects.

    I need technical parameters...What is the cargo weight?How big can the drone be?Are you refering to drone as a "quadcopter" or any frame will do "planes,helicopters etc"?

      Hi Ilen, a drone can be anything you wish, we do not require anything specific, we require solutions, the means of how to make it happen is left to your innovative minds. You would create a product in paper and then sell it to us... Why would we go with your concept and not with other ready-available solutions, etc.

    are 3d printing filaments the only materials that could be used? as they are not completely suitable for heavy lifting drones. can i use a mix between 3d printing and other wildly available materials?
