Design the ultimate eye-catchy book cover for my novel

The novel is a fictional story based on a writer who on behest of his super-rich friend goes on a hiking trip to Roopkund Lake. They finally reach there but his friend asks him to use a hang-glider to fly back to their place of origin. The writer reluctantly agrees. His friend lands safely but the writer is taken by strong winds high into the clouds and far away. The writer finally crash lands into an unknown mountain basin. To the writer's amusement, he finds that all the people living in the village are blind, wearing attire made of leaves, bamboo houses, and the place is called Taured. The villagers are highly Hindu religious and have systems and procedures like marked ways, revered centuries-old banyan tree, etc. He soon finds out there is no way out. The novel is all about the shocks and surprises he got in the place and how he finally found his way back by climbing the mountain.

I want an eye-catching book cover that justifies the story's spirit and also makes it compelling for anyone to buy the novel. Here is what I want in points:
1. This is the first of the series of novels I am writing. So, it should be written "BEST SCRIPT FOR A MOVIE".
2. The novel's name is "The Blind World... Literally"
3. Author's name is "V.S. SHIVAN"
4. I necessarily want "#1 of the Shivan's Series" written somewhere prominent in the cover, just like I have attached the image and where it is written "OVER 2 MILLION COPIES SOLD". I basically like the leaf twig style. If the leaf twig could be in golden or any other eye-catchy color.
5. Use your creativity and bring out the best. I don't mind any type of changes, text additions, placement, etc. but it should look excellent and highly attractive.

Deliverables:
1. High-res 2d cover.
2. All source files
3. 3D model.
4. Back & Spine (will discuss the text content of back & spine with the selected).
5. Print-Ready and eBook ready.
6. Commercial Use and also you will have to tell from where you took the images.

OPTIONAL: The novel is about 70 pages in A4. I want it to be formatted in novel style as well. If you can provide this as well within the same budget, I will select you fast. I want .mobi, .pub/epub and also print-ready for 7.5 x 5 inches size. THIS IS OPTIONAL AND I WILL BE SELECTING ON THE BASIS OF BEST COVER DESIGN ONLY.

Till now, I have seen some really good samples but something is missing the spark. Show me some out of the world unique designs like maybe painting or something that will make a viewer identify the novel amongst hundreds in a bookstore.

  Yes, only 2D. There is something like 3D model of the whole book design but not the cover. You can submit in 2D. I am more interested in the unique design only.
