Hi,

I need a designtemplate for word for a ID card for a medical conference.

I have attached some similar designs for inspiration and also our logo and programme for the conference.

Information needed on the card:

Conference name
Participants name and surname
Participant title and workplace
NO PHOTO
A field for a 15mm square sticker (hologram security sticker)

Ideas for the design could be the copenhagen skyline or something like that.

The size should be:
110 mm (width) x 95mm (height)
