Design for a T-Shirt/Hoodie (sleeping sloth in a money tree)

We're planning on selling Tees and Hoodies online, therefore we need the design.
There are 7 Pictures attached.
Picture 1 is the "Primal Head" in white with a blue background, you'll need this for the beanie on the sloth's head.
Picture 2 is a sleeping sloth hanging from a tree, i like the way he holds on to the upper branch while his back rests on the lower branch.
Picture 3 is an EXAMPLE beanie for the sloth, don't use this exact model please since i found it on google. Make it blue please.
Picture 4 is a sketch for a money tree, also please make your own this is just an example from google.
Picture 5 is a skateboard leaning to a wall.
Picture 6 is the text "perfect place for shade", use a nice font, maybe handwritten and place these words wherever you think it looks best.
Picture 7 is a sketch for the end result for ORIENTATION, it does not look good and i made it with paint, please make it look better than my sketch.
Make the tree a money tree (like picture 4) but only show half of it (preferrably on the left side). Make at least 2 branches come out of the side of the tree (like in Picture 7 sketch and Picture 2 sleeping sloth) and make the sleeping sloth hold on to the upper branch and lie on the lower branch with it's back. Put a blue beanie (similar to Picture 3) on the sloths head, and place the white "PRIMAL HEAD" (Picture 1) in the center of the forehead of the beanie.
Please also add a skateboard which leans toward the tree (similar to leaning skateboard Picture 5).
Last but not least please place the words "perfect place for shade" in a cool font (maybe handwritten) somewhere on the design, where you think it looks best. All this please in a cartooney style.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE:
---Please make this coloured, the money on the tree in green, the sloth and the tree in different browns, the beanie in blue, the skateboard doesn't matter since it's from the side.
---The winning files have to vectored, if they are not the handover will be delayed until they are vectored
---I will need every format you can do please (png, jpg, pdf, eps, ai, svg, psd, anything else you can do also please), remember the eps, pdf etc must be vectored
