I need this word document(Kiriza Standout) to be redesigned as attached (Freelancer-Guide) pdf, its a manual book to be shared with audience attached is the best reference design that i like. i need final files in ms word do share me jpegs or pdf with your marks thanks.
Specs:

1) .Font should be (arimo)
2). Chapter Titles need to have their own pages without additional content
3). 1 image on only one page no content next to image like chapter title
4). Make the content breath so as to look presentable. Also kindly play around with that blue and orange to make the work look presentable. other things like bullets, kindly make them look presentable.
