We are a boutique real estate investment company located in Florida. We make residential real estate acquisitions throughout the south eastern United States and within the next 5 years we will build up the portfolio to $100 million under management.
Our clientele are highly sophisticated investors, individuals who have experienced great success, appreciate quality and expect perfection.
Our name is Royal Northgate and our logo needs to exude quality, sophistication and trust. Our branding needs to have an international appeal and must signify stability, longevity and experience.
As far as colors and design…this is a blank slate. We are wanting creative thinking with the understanding that the overall branding will consist of a logo, business stationary, website, 20 page marketing brochure, pocket folder and promotional video.

Thanks for the submissions so far. After reviewing the entries I am moving away from the more extravagant logos and favoring the cleaner, crisper simpler ideas. Logos such as 5, 13, 30, 53, 59, 66-68, 71-74 look good. Color schemes with deep reds, black or dark blue combined with white, silver or gold look very sharp however other color schemes will be considered
