We are an office interior design and fit out company. We have recently expanded our capabilities and are now working with large post and parcel companies helping them to source and fit out depots and warehouses. We are looking for a marketing brochure (digital only so print quality is not a problem) to outline our offering for future clients.

This is a 2-4 page brochure outlining our offering (detailed below). The graphic design piece here is to be the best of the best!
The brief is deliberately short as we want to inspire as much creativity as possible.

Below is the message and structure of the brochure:

First part

Our branding, a picture of our Hermes project (link below) and a title ‘The design and build partner for logistics and ecommerce companies’ in sofia pro font

Second part

Add the below text in fairly in sofia pro light – big enough to read quickly

We’ve helped them expand and adapt their real estate portfolios including offices, warehouses and depots to fit their specific needs – and quickly! Our team apply the same tested design and build methodology to every project. Whether it be a Head Office, Hub Warehouse, or depot.

 We can independently source new buildings, avoiding the ‘merry go round’ of working with commercial agents
 We to apply the same briefing research and passion to a warehouse project as we would a high spec office project
 We understand SPEED! Speed of design, speed of costing and speed of construction

 We have cutting edge design and Virtual Reality software to accurately showcase a project before it goes into construction

Our talented design team have been working on an exciting project for over 6 months researching, defining and designing what we believe the future of the logistics office to look like. This considers advances in relevant technology such as driverless vehicles, drones and Artificial Intelligence. These technologies have a significant impact on how a company occupies their space and we are able to give a snapshot of what we believe this to look like using our Virtual Reality suite.

Our logos work best in white version on a black background or on a dark image
