We are in need of a photorealistic rendering of a home for marketing purposes.
All the instructions are in the files in the linked dropbox folder. (i hope the link works)

They include:
-Model (revit, sketchup, and 3d ACAD)
-Site ACAD and site images with KMZ file for google earth reference (it's kind of slow to come up)
-Main plan on ACAD site to show how model should fit on the site.
-Elevations showing what materials go where
-Finish material instruction sheet
-Perspective image illustrating how the grade is supposed to be done (the model doesn't have the topographic grade in it so you have to generate it.
-Photographs of the site to be used for the background context
This will be a quick turnaround so good luck!
