Descrizione del concorso

It is a 2 story shop house with garage, on a 10m by 12.5 meter lot. Half of that lot will be used for owner's residential living, while the other half will have 2 block of stores on the ground and upper floors. The rooftop will not be split but will have solar panels, and water tank. The height of the first and 2nd floor should at least be 3.8 meters, so that loft concept can be applied.

I would like to know if you have any ideas for smart and green buildings.
The building should be well lighted and sunshine should be able to reach areas
Plants should be everywhere in the building
