The website is being developed, with most of the navigation and functionality implemented. It needs graphic a design, including images, colors, fonts, etc. It has about 10 pages. Deliverables should have CSS files - a global one and one for each page (whenever needed). Work will be done remotely; a dev URL will be provided, and the designer can use a browser extension which allows him to apply custom CSS. This will spare the need to install the whole programming environment.
The project is an e-signing service.

Can't we just use WordPress + a form editor? We'll build the whole thing 5x faster and edit the CSS through Yellow Pencil (front-end CSS editor). Tweak it as much as you want. Then, you can easily connect the SQL with the .NET core framework you are using.
