Coat of Arms / Shield / Logo Rework

I recently lost my the high-res copy of my YouTube channels Coat of arms so thought it was time for a rework.

The Shields COA is Black/Sable background with a Red/Gules Bend Ordinaries surrounded by Red/Gules Lines and two vertical lines removed from the Bend 1/3 and 2/3s across leaving a shape in the centre.
The shields has a silver edge and is currently decorated with a rampant lion on the left and a sinister rampant lion on the right.

But I was consider making some changes and wold welcome input /suggestions from a more arty type.

1: I want to replace the sinister rampant lion with a sinister rampant unicorn like Royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom.
2: Add a gold staff of Hermes behind the shield with the option of a crown to replace to top of the staff.

can be 3d, 2d computerised or hand drawn.

sorry the prize is not much hopefully you can have fun making it :)

    I did not think i would have to say this but only original work stands a chance of winning reworking the mok up i made in 5 mins, anything made in the same google image copy past, nor will anything that cant get the COA correct if you would like me to clarafy it just ask
