Its about a new unique chicken character like the attached file but humanized and looks as if it is a chick. she should be a stylish beautiful TV vedette.
suggestions for that: "she" may wear glasses, she may hold a bag like women, she should have full lips and eye lashes
you should provide three different pictures for the character wearing different clothes, one on the beach wearing a swimsuit and sun glasses, one in a night dress and another wearing just stylish clothes (update 5 is very important)

update: The character should be sexy more than funny, she should be the Scarlett Johanson of chickens, she should look as beautiful as Keira knightly and as sexy as Penelope Cruz. You could add human hair. You could add woman breasts u could do anything as long as I recognize her as a chicken at the end. Imagine the disney character Ariel mermaid. when I see the character I should expect that this chicken has spent more than an hour in front of the mirror before I saw her. she should be able to wear a night dress and a swimsuit and I would still recognize the character

update 2:I attached one of the best designs (chick_1), your design could be similar to it but shouldn't be a complete copy

update3: what I like about chick_1 is that she is cute and sexy at the same time, If you want suggestions for poses I attached another photo.

update4: Till now I don't find a reason to extend the project, I hope u all manage to finish your work before deadline. I expect the winner can provide me his work.ai or any other editable format.

The character would start as a chicken and then would change gradually to a woman ( remove the tail and remove the cockscomb as if it was a hat or it was a different hair style) so if you can do these expressions for a woman face it's okay. I expect that you provide a more chicken character like the one you provided and a more human one (the chicken character with a human face and body but with tail and either a chicken hair style or cockscomb as a hat). The human character should show the facial expressions I described before. (the human character should have full lips)
Entry provided by Isti: has beautiful eyes and can wear different makeup styles. The body is acceptable. The most important thing for her is the facial expressions
Entry provided by Yair : has a very good body and the poses are so great but the face is so traditional. I need a more beautiful face.
Entry provided by Gustavo: is perfect for a chicken with human body if only I know I would convert it to a lady. The face needs to be more humanized. (leave the old submission as if no one has provided better submission it may win)
So as you can see the face is the biggest challenge now, Please ask me if anything is unclear.
3D character is a very big plus.

update6: The characters provided by Isti A. are the best till now. She provided a very good mix between a beautiful lady and and a chicken. their bodies are great. she provided different facial expressions for them.
