I recently acquired a "garage" juicing company. Up to today we are only 4 employees. Business is growing and I would like to do it in an organized manner. I spend 40% of my working hours organizing sales, shipments and production tables, which I think would be much easier with a web site.
Our most sold product is the detox, it can be bought from 1 to 7 days and depending on the duration is the number of deliveries we make to assure the client that the product is daily made.
I am thinking of a website and an app that can help me run my business.

How we work:
Almost 50% of our sales come from Instagram, we make prior contact with the potencial client via WhatsApp, once the sale is confirmed we excel the data:
client name, phone, address
products
depending on the "treatment" days we plan 1,2,3 or 4 deliveries
each night we plan the next's days production
after production ends, we get in charge with packaging
the we decide the best routes to deliver the products in our customer's houses/offices etc

I already own a webpage www.juiceup.com.mx hosted by Shopify where I can manage online payments. What I need to develop is a back-office web site to help me run the business, one such as loyverse.com but with the features I described earlier such as a calendar pop-up to select delivery dates and the production plan page.

This site won't be for customers, only employees.
