Hi

I am starting a "CORPORATE EVENTS & TRAINING BUSINESS" -- I need a WordPress site created for my business.

The companies / websites name is KAIHATSU PRO

1) The freelancer should not just do designing work --------- the site should also be uploaded by the freelancer as well

2) The site should be made with WordPress only

3) The site should contain a 1 minute video on the home page and consist of multiple pictures distributed equally among all pages according to the freelancers expertise ( all pictures and video will be provided by me )

4) Must add the logo to the site (The logo will be provided by me)

5) Please provide the subheading - "Development Via Advancement" on top of the running video

6) The site should contain of all the content provided by me ( nothing should be left out ) ------- the content should be distributed equally among all pages according to expertise of the freelancer

7) The site should contain 4 pages ( home page, about us, events & training, contact us)

8) The site should be fully SEO & SMO optimized

9) The footer credits should be credited as " Copyrights KAIHATSU PRO PVT LTD. (Suresh & Nimit Incorporation) 2018"

10) I have provided the content, video and images as attachment

11) please only add the video, pictures and content provided by me ( please don't add any of your own material)

12) The website should mostly have a white background
