  Color: 45,075,0 main, with corresponding colors (not more than 4) -> This is CMYK Color code
  Shape: bar, blur on right hand site, logo in the first 25% left hand site -> That means that in first lefthand side 24% a Logo (which is not JCJ-CM) should be appears.
