Create a stunning, new web page layout for our existing product.

Our nationwide business has been running for over 30 years across Australia and New Zealand . The website has to be modern, user friendly, easy to use, mobile responsive, and less than 3 seconds page speed to load.

Audience demographic: 35-60yo

Our website is currently running using Joomla CMS.

We need you to build a sample webpage with the new design that is attached here - with endless possibility to improvise.

You can implement and improvise from our new design.

Since you mentioned you need to load your website under 3 seconds, I was thinking whether I could go with native HTML5 frameworks like Angular with which we can build blazing fast Progressive Web Apps. So basically do you want to explore options other than Joomla
