New Product Packaging Label Design
We have a new powdered dairy drink product in development and are now looking for a label design. The drink is targeted adults and older people.

The product is called ‘Beneve’ and is a powdered dairy nutritional powder. Its unique selling points are:
1. Contains 10g Collagen per serve for healthy skin and joints
2. No added sugar or fructose
3. Nutritionally complete
4. Australian made
5. 68% RDI (Recommended Dietary Intake) of protein when mixed with skim milk

The product will be packaged in round 900g can.

WHAT WE NEED:
Packaging design for circular can.

GENERAL DESIGN FEEL
We are looking for a design that:
1. is eye catching and has 'self presence'
2. is easy to read
3. Easy for the consumer to understand what the product is - powdered nutritional drink
4. conveys the promise of the product – nutritionally complete to make you healthier
5. needs to be understood by a consumer who cannot read English
6. conveys the unique selling points of the product
7. targets both male and female consumers 30 years and older
8. has a strong emotive fit with the consumer’s need-state – ‘I want to be healthier and stronger’
9. convey a high quality feel about it.

LABEL TEMPLATE
I have attached a label template. Please allow space for the following in your design:
1. nutritional panel
2. ingredients listing
3. barcode
4. Australian made logo (Attached), halal logo
5. product information text area
6. graphical preparation guide (3 x scoops into 200ml of water or skim milk)
(i can supply these to you as the contest progresses and we need to flesh out your entry)

LABEL TO INCLUDE
1. sub title ‘Formulated Supplementary Food’
2. show each serve has ‘23g Protein, 299 Calories, 26 Vitamins & Minerals’
3. Vanilla flavour and Chocolate flavour versions

ATTACHMENTS
1. Label template
2. Australian made logo
3. Halal logo (jpg)

Please provide the final artwork in Illustrator using CMYK colours only.
If you use another program and export to Illustrator then we may not be able to use your artwork. All graphics and logos to be vectors and artwork to be fully layered. Any imagery to be minimum 300dpi.
